The Romanian company Chromosome Dynamics (CHRD), specialized in the development of IT and AI solutions-oriented on agribusiness, announces the launch of the newest diagnostic hardware solution for agricultural crops, named Spell Box.
According to a company statement issued on Tuesday, Spell Box supports farmers with a solid database of diseases and pests with the utmost accuracy, removing any human error related to the nature of the problem placed for analysis due to the controlled environment in which the photos are taken.
Thus, the hardware device allows the real-time introduction and scanning of diseased plants or products, providing the user with a complete report on the problems identified and the solutions found. The information is read using a camera positioned inside the terminal, and a complex report is displayed directly in the Spell Box application. Subsequently, one of the consultants of the partner distributor can find a solution to the discovered problems as soon as possible.

The manufacturer’s representatives estimate that the first batch of Spell Box will be delivered to partners in October this year.

Chromosome Dynamics (CHRD), a developer of agribusiness-oriented IT & AI solutions, has entered into a private placement brokered by Goldring Brokerage. Within the offer, 111,929 shares were issued with a total value of 3,357,870 lei, at a price of 30 lei/share.
The offer reached the success threshold, being supplemented with 882,870 lei, according to the brokerage house.
