Realworld Systems launches Rad1x at MWC 2026, the AI platform developed in Romania for IT and telecom operations

Must Read

Barcelona, March 2, 2026 – RBJ – Realworld Systems, a global provider of automation and software integration solutions for critical infrastructures, part of the Dutch group with the same name, announces the official launch of the Rad1x platform at Mobile World Congress 2026, the most important global event dedicated to the telecom industry and mobile technologies. The new AI-based Service Assurance and IT Operations platform is designed to support both telecom operators in their transition to Autonomous Networks Level 4 and IT Ops teams in industries such as banking, retail, energy, and healthcare, providing extensive operational visibility and advanced predictive analytics capabilities.
Telecom operators and companies managing complex digital infrastructures are increasingly faced with high volumes of alerts and fragmented data, making it difficult to quickly identify the root cause of incidents and increasing the risk of critical services being affected.
Rad1x – a solution developed entirely in Romania – addresses this challenge through a unified platform that intelligently correlates operational information and dynamically shapes relationships between services, regardless of industry or infrastructure type.

Intelligent data correlation for rapid incident identification

The platform collects and normalizes data from multiple sources – physical and virtual infrastructure, servers and network equipment, Kubernetes clusters, data centers, monitoring systems, cloud platforms, and business applications – integrating them into a dynamic service model based on a service graph. Through an advanced correlation engine, Rad1x quickly identifies the root cause of incidents and significantly reduces the volume of irrelevant alerts, enabling faster and more efficient interventions.

“Operational complexity is not exclusively a telecom issue. Any organization operating distributed IT infrastructure – whether it’s a bank, retailer, or energy operator – needs to understand causality in real time. Rad1x transforms operational data into actionable intelligence, providing end-to-end visibility and the ability to anticipate degradations before they affect user experience or business continuity“, declares Bogdan Hebean, CEO of Realworld Systems Group.

AI-based predictive analytics and direct impact on KPIs

A differentiating feature of the platform is its integrated AI/ML engine, which goes beyond approaches based solely on rules and static thresholds. By analyzing historical time series and topological relationships in the infrastructure, the system detects anomalies, estimates imminent degradation, and assesses the technical impact on operational and business KPIs – from financial transaction latency and e-commerce platform availability to the throughput of critical services in a telecom operator’s core network or the stability of SCADA systems in an energy network.
Rad1x also includes an integrated conversational agent and an extensive knowledge base, allowing operations teams to interact with the platform using natural language. The system provides contextual explanations for alarms, root cause identification, and remediation recommendations, using both real-time telemetry and organization-specific technical documentation.
Aligned with TM Forum standards and compatible with ITIL and ITSM frameworks used in enterprise environments, the platform implements open interfaces for service and resource performance management, federated alarm management, service inventory synchronization, and controlled automation of operational actions. This architecture facilitates integration with existing IT ecosystems – OSS/BSS, ITSM, CMDB, observability platforms – and supports the evolution toward advanced automation.

Cross-industry applications: from NOC to SOC and data center

Although launched in the context of Mobile World Congress, the Rad1x architecture is designed as an industry-agnostic platform, addressing organizations that operate distributed IT infrastructures and need unified visibility into digital operations. The solution can be used in multiple sectors, from telecoms — where it supports service assurance initiatives and the transition to Autonomous Networks Level 4 — to banking, retail, energy, and healthcare, where correlating incidents between critical systems and maintaining service continuity are operational priorities.
In this context, Rad1x facilitates the monitoring of complex infrastructures, from trading platforms and omnichannel ecosystems to SCADA/ICS systems or digital services in the medical sector, while also providing support for data center operators and managed service providers through multi-tenant visibility and NOC operations optimization. The cross-industry approach reflects the trend toward convergence of IT infrastructures and the growing dependence of organizations on highly available digital services.

Operational impact and business benefits

By reducing root cause identification time to less than 10 minutes in most scenarios and decreasing operational effort in operations centers (NOC, SOC, IT Ops), Rad1x contributes to optimizing operational costs (OPEX), improving SLA compliance, and increasing service resilience. For organizations in regulated sectors such as banking or energy, the platform also supports compliance with incident reporting and business continuity requirements.

Strategic presence at Mobile World Congress 2026

Participation at the Mobile World Congress 2026, held March 2-5 in Barcelona, marks a strategic moment for Realworld Systems. The company will be present with a dedicated booth in the exhibition area, where it will showcase the Rad1x platform through live demonstrations and real-world use cases from both telecom and enterprise environments, offering visitors the opportunity to explore the solution’s capabilities in complex operational contexts.

The Realworld Systems team will hold technical sessions and meetings dedicated to telecom operators, IT leaders in banking, retail, and energy, and enterprise partners interested in transforming IT operations through AI.
