Bucharest, July 12, 2025 – RBJ – The Cluj-Napoca-based SDC Imobiliare company, one of the most important luxury real estate developers in Romania, together with The Trump Organization officially announces the launch of “Trump Tower Bucharest”. The new building will be built in the center of the Capital and promises to bring an international standard of excellence in the field of premium housing to the local market.
Trump Tower Bucharest will include luxury residential apartments and exclusive amenities, offering personalized services and a sophisticated lifestyle for residents and guests. The Trump Organization’s global expansion project aims to develop residential, hotel and golf course properties in emerging markets around the world, the official press release states.

According to information, at least two major projects are underway in Bucharest, one in the central area of the capital, and the second in the Otopeni area, near the land owned by businessman Ion Țiriac. Another major project is planned in Cluj Napoca, on Borzaș hill (Somșeni district), as part of the “Transylvania Smart City” project.
Work on the project in the capital will start by autumn (end of August), on which occasion Eric Trump (son of US President Donald Trump), who is directly responsible for expanding the TRUMP brand worldwide, will also come to Romania.
Larry Glick, executive vice president of the Trump Organization, was in Romania at the beginning of June, accompanied by Daniel Constantin, the Romanian who has been running “Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago” for years, holding the position of vice president (see photo below). The two met with Cluj-Napoca businessmen Ștefan Berciu and Avram Gal to inspect the locations where the two major real estate projects will be built.
