Bucharest, November 6, 2025 RBJ – Allied Command Transformation and the Defence Industry, Innovation and Armaments Division of the NATO HQ International Staff are co-organizing this event under the auspices of the NATO Secretary General.

The NATO-Industry Forum is the strategic-level event facilitating direct and continuous engagement between NATO and industry. The theme for the 2025 edition of the NATO-Industry Forum is ‘Rearming NATO – Innovate, Accelerate, Sustain’. The Forum will build upon the decision taken by Heads of State and Government at the NATO Summit in The Hague in June to significantly increase defence investment and aims to help shape how this money is invested to ensure Allies develop and deliver the necessary capabilities to continue to credibly deter and defend against any adversary.

The NATO-Industry Forum will bring together industry executives, senior NATO civilian and military commanders, and national officials, as well as key leaders from other institutions.

The event is organized by the Supreme Allied Command Transformation (SACT) and the Defense Industry, Innovation and Armaments Division of the NATO International Staff, with the support of the Ministry of National Defense. The forum attracts over 800 participants from 26 NATO and partner countries, as well as over 300 defense industry companies.

“The main objectives of NIF25 aim to explore concrete solutions for increasing the Alliance’s defense capacity, including: identifying innovative mechanisms necessary to expand defense production, capitalizing on commercial innovation, especially dual-use technologies, as well as exploring solutions that could fundamentally change the way we act in the future,” the Romanian Ministry of Defense announced.
