According to Craiova City Hall, the nomination was made among 25 Christmas trees from famous European markets such as London, Vienna, Warsaw, Budapest, Prague, Innsbruck or Tallinn.

The representatives of the European Best Destinations platform, one of the most important tourism promotion platforms in Europe and an official partner of the European Commission, claim that the Craiova Christmas Fair has become, in recent years, one of the favorite Christmas destinations for travelers and hosts , this year, the most beautiful Christmas tree in Europe.
