Bucharest, October 5, 2023by rbj – The startup Artful Living, owned by the entrepreneur Corina Olaru, launches, in this year’s edition of the How To Web event, the first application of domestic services on demand at 5-star standards and brings, thus, premium services specific to the hospitality industry in the residential space.
The application was developed following an investment of 250,000 euros, by a team of hospitality professionals – graduates of the leading universities in the hospitality industry Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne and the Glion Institute –, technology and business.

Artful Living currently lists 40 home maintenance and personal care providers. By the end of the year, the company estimates that the app will exceed 60 providers in various fields and have more than 10,000 active users.

Artful Living is the first application that enlists residential complexes with the specific services to which the core services of the platform are added. In addition to direct communication with the property manager or real estate developer, the app provides access to a large and complementary number of home services to increase community satisfaction.

“Artful Living defines the digital dimension of the residential complex, becoming a day by day companion of the community. On the one hand, we address users who want to request services at home, eliminating the effort of searching for reliable providers, on the other hand, we can serve developers and administrators of residential projects in order to facilitate tenants’ access to services.
We are launching the Artful Living application with the objective of establishing a quality standard in the market of on-demand services in Romania and we aim to become a one-stop App in terms of premium services at home on demand”, says Corina Olaru, owner of Artful Living.

Artful Living differentiates itself in the market by supporting the providers accepted in the platform to raise the standard of the services offered by them.
The application was tested in beta version within the Room12 project, a unique concept in Romania of residential apartments serviced to the standards of 5-star hotels. The objective proposed by Corina Olaru was to integrate technology in a discreet manner, to facilitate, when necessary, communication between residents and building staff.

The company is targeting for the implementation of the application locations such as residential complexes and aparthotels, which want to offer residents a tool through which they can be served by a complete ecosystem. At present, Artful Living addresses the Romanian market, and in 2024, it will lay the foundations for expansion in Europe.

The Artful Living app is an on-demand service aggregator that aims to provide users with the quality of 5-star hospitality services in the residential space.
The app was officially launched at the How to Web Conference 2023 and is available for download on IOS and Android.
Corina Olaru is an entrepreneur and designer, with a background as a photographer in the fashion industry and in advertising.
