Mihai Filip, CEO, OVES Enterprise

Cluj-Napoca/Romania, January 28th, 2025 – RBJOVES Enterprise, a Romanian software development company specializing in complex software solutions and AI innovations for the aerospace, defense, and cybersecurity industries, announces a €3 million budget for investments in 2025, supporting the company’s accelerated growth with a focus on research and development.

A substantial portion of this amount will be allocated to enhancing Nemesis AI, an artificial intelligence platform playing a critical role in structuring, labeling, and preparing data from conflict zones, which are subsequently used to train and deploy AI models in complex systems such as autonomous drones and aircraft.

Nemesis AI has already garnered interest from some of the largest global defense companies seeking to integrate this platform to enhance their technological capabilities.
“Nemesis AI is an example of how innovation can transform strategic industries. Our platform plays a vital role in processing and analyzing complex data from critical areas, such as conflict zones, contributing to the advancement of autonomous technologies like drones and smart aircraft. However, we are far from reaching the full potential of this product, which is why we plan to invest heavily in 2025 to improve its functionalities and develop new modules tailored to government institutions and international organizations”, said Mihai Filip, CEO of OVES Enterprise.

Plans to attract strategic funding
In addition to internal investments, OVES Enterprise is exploring external funding opportunities to sustain its accelerated development pace. The company is targeting collaborations with investment funds specializing in military and technological industries or private investors who understand the needs of this sector.
“Developing technologies that address global challenges requires significant budgets. While we allocate considerable resources, an external partner would enable us to accelerate development and bring revolutionary products to market. We already have seven products in various stages of development, and in 2025, we aim to transform these ideas into fully-fledged complete solutions with immediate applicability”, emphasized Mihai Filip.

New commercial products
A new strategic direction for OVES Enterprise in 2025 involves focusing on AI-based commercial products. The company is developing solutions addressing global challenges, such as commercial flight safety and wildfire prevention.

“Our new commercial products demonstrate the versatility of our team and our ability to create technologies that directly impact people’s lives. These solutions not only tackle urgent problems but also open new markets for OVES Enterprise, contributing to revenue diversification”, added Mihai Filip.
At the same time, the company acknowledges the limitations of the local market in terms of innovation budgets. To maximize its global impact, products like Nemesis AI may benefit from intellectual property registration in larger markets, such as the United States.
“We are pro-Romania, but we must adapt to global realities. In countries like the US, financial resources and access to partnership networks are incomparable. This is the direction we consider necessary to turn our ideas into truly revolutionary products”, added Mihai Filip.

OVES Enterprise expands its global presence
For 2025, global expansion remains a priority, with OVES Enterprise planning to open new offices in strategic regions. Markets in the US and UK continue to be the main revenue sources, generating the largest share of the company’s estimated turnover.
Simultaneously, the company will continue investing in attracting and training specialists in artificial intelligence, robotics, and aerospace engineering.
