Cluj-Napoca, June 22, 2023 – AROBS Transilvania Software (BVB: AROBS), the largest technology company listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, launches AROBS Polska following the successful acquisition of a 94% majority stake in SYDERAL Polska. AROBS Polska has a team of more than 30 specialists in the development of products and technologies for satellite applications for quantum and optical communication, data storage and processing, satellite mechanisms and control instruments.

AROBS Polska will continue to work on projects and products for the European Space Agency (ESA) and commercial aerospace markets. In February this year, AROBS announced the signing of the transaction to acquire the majority stake in SYDERAL Polska, a strategic move for the Romanian technology company, on the one hand by entering a new market, and on the other hand, by consolidating business expertise in aerospace technology. The management of AROBS Polska will continue to be provided by Michal Drogosz, the current CEO, who is also a shareholder of the company with a 6% stake.
AROBS Transilvania Software is listed on the AeRO market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange from December 6, 2021. The company currently has a market capitalization of approximately 844 million lei.
