The company’s constant participation, for over 20 years, at CPhI Worldwide represents an essential element of its international expansion strategy, facilitating the development of commercial relations and identification of new opportunities on foreign markets.
Through this sustained presence, Antibiotice has consolidated its position in foreign markets, which has led to a constant increase in sales in recent years. The growth was driven by the entry into new European territories – Italy, Spain, Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia – as well as by maintaining a solid presence in the company’s traditional markets, such as the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Denmark, Vietnam, Canada and the USA.
This expansion contributes to the overall dynamics of Antibiotice’s exports, which have increased by 66% over the last five years, reaching 253 million lei in 2024, representing about 38% of the total turnover. This event also represents an opportunity to consolidate the company’s position as a world leader in the production of the nystatin-based active substances range. These performances confirm the effectiveness of the growth strategy and the strong potential of Antibiotice in international markets.
