Bucharest, December 4, 2025 – RBJ – The first robotic store in the country and available 24/7 was inaugurated in Liziera de Lac, the premium residential complex developed by Liebrecht & wooD, located less than 20 minutes from the Pallady area. The innovative store is called Proximart, offers a wide range of essential products, from basic foods, can aliments, bread, UHT milk, cosmetic use or cleaning products, to drinks and snacks, and is developed by the Romanian technology start-up SQB Robotics, the pioneer of the first fully automated and robotic shop in Romania.
The collaboration marks a premiere for the Liziera de Lac community and aligns with the long-term development strategy through which the complex integrates smart living solutions and services with real operational value. The opening of the new automated store reflects the clear direction of the Liziera de Lac premium project – shaping a complete residential ecosystem, supported by technology and well-planned infrastructure, in line with the standards of premium communities in Western markets.

Available non-stop, The Proximart store is located in the immediate vicinity of the AGORA public building and is distinguished by its simplicity of use: customers choose the products from a touch screen located outside the shop, in a covered area, pay quickly by card, the robot collects the products from the store’s shelves and delivers them in a few minutes to a secure window, where the buyer can take them from. Behind it is an advanced software system, which always checks stocks and optimizes operations. This effective approach is perfectly aligned with the needs of a modern, fast-paced lifestyle.
The partnership between Liziera de Lac and SQB Robotics strengthens the direction in which the premium project, developed according to the Western model, evolves. Located on the shores of Lake Tătaru and directly connected to the major infrastructure in the East of the Capital, Liziera de Lac, the premium project chosen by Olympic champion David Popovici, benefits from quick access to the Pallady area, the Anghel Saligny metro station and the main road arteries – including the A2 and the future A0 junction.
