VP Craft Industries, which operates The Beer Institute concept, launches the first craft beer subscription in Romania. Beer lovers will be able to subscribe to this service and will receive, once a month, a Romanian craft beer kit.
“Thus, every month, we will make a selection of the latest beers that are launched in Romania and we will put them together in a kit that can be ordered at home. We will deliver a complete experience, consisting of spectacular packaging, three different styles of craft beer (two bottles of each assortment), and collection cards with information about each style of beer separately: ingredients, fermentation time, production parameters, suggestions for consumption and association with culinary preparations ”, said Adina Mugescu, General Manager and co-founder of VP Craft Industries.
The service will operate as a monthly subscription, and all payments will be made online, by bank card payment. Each subscriber creates a user account, which contains name, first name, email address, telephone number and delivery address, as well as the type of subscription.
The price of a monthly tasting kit is 120 lei, and transport throughout Romania is included. If the annual subscription option is chosen, worth 1,440 lei, the subscriber receives 13 kits (12 + 1). As a launch promotion, anyone who subscribes until February 1, 2020, receives two free kits. (12 + 2).
“During 2019, over 200 different kinds of Romanian craft beer were launched, and over 100 of them were experimental beers – they were produced only once. Craft beer is produced in small batches (1,000-2,500 bottles), so many consumers have failed to try many of them. Beer lovers who will subscribe to receive the tasting kit, will receive in 36 years different styles of beer, carefully chosen only from the news, “said Andreea Sararu, co-founder of The Beer Institute.
The Beer Institute is the first retail concept, exclusively dedicated to Romanian craft beer brands. Currently, two specialty shops are opening in Bucharest, selling over 240 different styles of beer from over 50 local producers.
