GSP operates an extensive and diversified fleet including eight mobile offshore drilling rigs – GSP Atlas, GSP Fortuna, GSP Jupiter, GSP Magellan , GSP Orizont, GSP Prometeu, GSP Saturn, and GSP Uranus. GSP also operates twelve multifunctional offshore support vessels, one MEDEVAC and three construction vessels – a shallow water pipelay and heavy lift barge, a semi-submersible barge, a pipelay vessel and two crane barges, as well as several ROVs and one Saturation Diving System.
Dynamic, oriented towards the achievement of higher standards of professionalism, and with a determined development policy, GSP has engaged its offshore drilling rigs in an extensive modernization process in order to offer the best services to its beneficiaries.

GSP is the largest Romanian entrepreneurial business and has made it to the 2011 Deloitte CE Top 500, ranking 2nd place, with a growth of 150% in 2010.
The GSP QHSE Management System has been audited and certified as complying with the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and ISM Code requirements by Bureau Veritas. In 2006, GSP has integrated the SAP application.
GSP is a member of the International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC) and the International Pipe Line and Offshore Contractors Association (IPLOCA).
GSP is a member of GSP Holding, a company with 100% private share capital.
The companies within GSP Holding have activities in onshore and offshore drilling and construction, oilfield equipment production, as well as in the tourism sector. Today, GSP Holding has 3000 employees and is operating worldwide with representative offices in many countries.
