Tremend Software Consulting has entered for the fifth time the FT 1000 list, the annual top of the fastest-growing companies in Europe. The software development and consulting company registered a 272.13% increase in revenue, consolidating its position among the top technology players in Europe.
Commenting on the achievement, co-founder and Managing Partner Tremend, Marius Hanganu, said: “We are honored to be ranked yet once again among the fastest-growing companies in Europe. It’s a great recognition of our company’s dynamic growth over the years, the remarkable results of our amazing team’s work and expertise, the organizational culture we’ve shaped and nurtured together, and the strong relationships we’ve built with our partners and clients worldwide. We are grateful for their trust, for contributing to this fantastic achievement, and for being part of our tremendous story.”
The company’s dynamic growth was enforced with a high-speed expansion of its team, which currently exceeds 650 software engineers. On a highly competitive market facing a global talent shortage, Tremend’s organizational culture, based on experimental and continuous learning, high-performance, and wellbeing, that prioritizes creative and innovative thinking, and embraces and generates change, has been paramount for attracting and retaining top-of-the-league tech professionals within its team.
Tremend’s commitment to driving innovation, value, growth, and long-term sustainability through technology and digital transformation, as well as its foundation of forward-thinking and customer-centric mindset, have been a strong pillar for the company’s incredible growth over the years, and for building a solid, ever-growing customer base and partnerships with industry leaders.
“As an Agile company that catalyzes emergent innovation, we grasp the importance of flexibility, adaptability, rapidly responding to emerging conditions, and proactively creating growth opportunities for our clients. We aim not only on meeting today’s digital transformation needs but also to make a long-term positive impact for our society towards a smarter and better future. We will continue to stand by our mission of driving meaning through technology and improving people’s lives with each of our products and solution delivered”, said Ioan Cocan, Managing Partner of Tremend.
Among the company’s key highlights in 2021 are its advanced software engineering expertise and the rapid adoption of emerging technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI&ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), IoT, Microservices, Big Data, UI/UX, and DevOps/Cloud, as well as developing high-grade projects for major worldwide telecom operators, automotive companies, retailers, banking institutions, and the healthcare industry.
Tremend capitalizes on its cross-sectoral skills and experience in big data, applications, security and compliance, proprietary tools, frameworks, and accelerators, to deliver advanced large-scale solutions with major impact. To support the growing demand for secure Cloud-enabled solutions, last year the company became a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, being placed in the top 1% of Microsoft partners worldwide, and joined the AWS Partner Network (APN) program, increasing the quality and expanding the coverage of its tailor-made AWS consulting services.
The FT1000 report, published annually by the Financial Times and Statista, ranks the top 1000 companies in Europe with the fastest growth rate in the region within 4 years. The sectoral mix is broadly in line with the 2021 ranking, technology leading with a fifth of companies on the list, followed by construction and retail.
This year, 8 Romanian companies entered the FT1000 rankings, of which 4 are from the IT industry. Most of the entries come from Italy with 235, followed by Germany with 194, and the UK with 155. Regarding the hierarchy of the cities in which the most successful companies are located, London is first with 81 corporations, followed by Paris with 34 and Milan with 33.
Tremend is a global software engineering company with over 16 years of experience in using its advanced technical expertise to capitalize on its cross-sectoral skills and background in big data, applications, security and compliance, proprietary tools, frameworks, and accelerators, to deliver advanced large-scale projects with major impact. In recent years, it has seen an accelerated and sustainable development of its team, currently reaching over 650 software engineers, and has been frequently featured in fast-growth rankings such as Deloitte Technology Fast 500 EMEA, Financial Times 1000, or INC 5000.
