The management of the Romanian company TeraPlast approved the establishment of a company in Hungary, according to a report submitted to the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
the TeraPlast press release states: “The Board of Directors of TeraPlast S.A. informs shareholders and potential investors about the fact that, during the meeting on September 2, 2022, it approved the establishment by Societatea TeraPlast S.A., as sole partner, of a Limited Liability Company in Hungary, in the town of Berettyoujfalu, Hajdu-Bihar county, with a total share capital of HUF 3,000,000.”
The new company will increase the regional footprint of the Group and will represent a logistic base for efficient coverage of the local market. Hungary has become the main export market of the TeraPlast Group, surpassing Germany, and this evolution requires the adaptation of the distribution activity.
“Exports continued to grow within the Group’s business, both in terms of value and weight, and after the first eight months of the year they reached the level of 18 million lei, compared to 7 million lei in the same period of the previous year. We support this external activity by opening a warehouse in Hungary, a center that will allow us to manage better and respond efficiently to the demand on this dynamic market” stated Laszlo Vajda, Development Director.
