The British software company The Access Group has opened, in Timisoara, in western Romania, the Global Operations Center for the EMEA region. The company has a local team of over 400 IT specialists, and aims to double their number by the end of this year.

Our plans aim to double the number of technology professionals by the end of this year. Romania was chosen as Global Operations Center EMEA, as we have proven together with some of the most talented software engineers that we are an important point of reference in digital innovation. We believe that the location and facilities offered by the UBC 0 building offer us the best environment to achieve all the objectives in the next stages of development of Access Global Operation Center Romania”, said Radu Giju, Managing Director of Access Global Operation Center Romania.
The company provides software solutions in the UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand and specializes in the financial industry, people management, human resources and payroll, automotive, medical, recruitment, workforce management, education, e-learning, social work, healthcare, charities and ERP.

In the last six months, the center in Timişoara had a significant evolution of operations thanks to the high skills of software development and technical support. The company plans to increase the number of IT specialists this year, through programs dedicated to IT graduates and beyond. Among the positions for which recruitment is made are: Senior.Net Developer, Cash Applications Supervisor, Technical Support Engineer, Senior QA Engineer, etc.
