The Romanian software development company TARA Interactive aims to increase the number of employees in Bucharest and Chisinau by up to 60% this year, to approximately 80. The growth of the team is directly proportional to the expansion of the client portfolio. The company aims for a greater presence in the international software market in 2023 by expanding its customer portfolio in the US and Europe.
TARA Interactive has budgeted investments of approximately 100,000 euros in employee development in 2023. “We have established, for this year, training and development programs, both with external trainers, and an internal growth program dedicated to current and future employees. We have allocated 60,000 euros in this direction of development, an investment intended for all employees, depending on their roles in the company. The investment may vary depending on the evolution of these programs, but we are ready to increase the budget by 50%”, says Vlad Lepădatu, Managing Partner at TARA Interactive.
The company is looking to expand its team with team players, eager to learn new things and who take ownership of the results. Candidates must have completed at least one course in the area of expertise they are applying for, have analytical thinking, be able to set and track their priorities and deliverables.
Currently, TARA Interactive has new positions open in 3 departments: Software Development, Business Development and Support.
“When an employee joins the team, he will make, together with his manager, an individual professional and personal development plan. As part of this process, they will do a gap analysis and decide together what improvements need to be made so that the best result can be achieved. The method of delivery of these interventions can be different – from training, external courses, to experimentation and individual study. We want to create a holistic framework for growth, for everyone, without rigidifying this process”, says Vlad Lepădatu, noting that TARA Interactive has implemented an executive coaching and training program, both at the management level and for new employees, during the onboarding period, depending on each person’s level of knowledge.
Last year, TARA Interactive undertook an audit process, carried out as part of the National Research project, by Human Synergistics Romania, after which it obtained a very good score, ranking in the top 10% of the most constructive work environments in Romania, which implies an extremely favorable environment for those who want to develop and grow both professionally and personally.
The company ended the year 2022 with a turnover of over 1 million euros, an increase of approximately 20% compared to the previous year, and estimates, for this year, organic growth of the business by over 60%, against the background of more demand big on the area of digitization and the need for automation of companies.
